Aaron Rodgers has a 8-2 ATS record in playoff road games and he’s 6-1 ATS as a dog
The rumors and speculation over Green Bay’s health and status for their star players is almost over. Finally we can kick this thing off and see who really wants a chance at the Lombardi.
My plays are on Green Bay and the “Over” — and I also played the Packers team total Over 26.5 at Pinnacle. My full card is posted at EveryEdge. Had to pay a little more for that line but after cashing the big three last week, all my bets in Round 3 were a little smaller. Figure I could save up some ammunition for the Super Bowl.
Playoff road dogs like the Pack who have been taking care of the football are 17-10-1 to the “Over” including a 5-0 O/U record when getting at least five points. I also note that when laying single-digits at home, Atlanta has lost 14-straight games ATS vs. teams that turned the ball over two or more times in their previous contest.
Aaron Rodgers won in Dallas last week to improve his playoff record away from home to 8-2 ATS. As a dog he’s 6-1 ATS. Green Bay’s D is a concern and they allowed five third downs each of the past two weeks to Dallas and New York. That activates a 70% play ON ATS angle that gets even stronger on the road. Away with higher totals they are 7-2 O/U and GB scored 27-plus points in 8 of those 9 (31-28 PPGA). It’s still very hard to trust their D in this spot but the TT OV 26.5 looks solid.
